For agencies

Run each client's content from research to report in one workspace, with the client in it: they review and approve cuts through a link without an account, and find their reports and files in their own portal.

What gets in the way

A dozen tools per client

Research in one tool, the calendar in a spreadsheet, review in another tool, a scheduler, an inbox, a reporting deck and invoicing. The client's context gets lost between them.

Extra rounds nobody recorded

When a client asks for one more round, it is hard to show what was approved, when, and how much time went in.

Reports rebuilt by hand

Every month the numbers are copied into a deck again, and the client asks why they moved.

How Shotread handles it

When you set up, choose Social media agency, YouTube team or Creator campaigns, and Home and the menu lead with that work. Nothing is removed.

Plan and research

Every client's posts, videos and campaigns on one calendar, by month, week, list or board. Research finds competitors, outliers, formats and comments in each client's niche. A Competitor Video Autopsy reads a competitor's video scene by scene with the frame behind each finding, and a paid AI run shows its estimate before it starts.

Review and approval with the client

Clients comment on the frame of a cut and approve through a link, with no account. Approval is set per client: none, optional or required, with several approvers in order. A change after approval cancels the approval.

Publish and answer

A publishing queue per client with scheduling, retries and failure alerts, and one inbox for comments with assignment, status, response timers and saved replies. A comment can become a content idea or a task.

Reports and the client portal

Reports show where each number comes from and how fresh it is. Approving a report freezes its numbers before it goes out by link or as a PDF. Each client has a portal with what waits for their decision, the approval history and delivered files. Performance analysis says what moved together: correlation, not cause.

Time, budgets and margins

Projects, time, budgets, profitability and invoices sit next to the work. With approvals and logged time on record, you can show a client what was agreed and what an extra round costs.

Creator campaigns

Campaigns group content with goals and a budget view, and each creator gets tracked links and codes.

What waits, and what is not built

Posting to the networks

Posting to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Threads switches on when each platform approves Shotread's app; until then the queue says why a post cannot go out. X posting runs on your own X developer app and its paid X API access.

Replies, insights and data sources

Replying from Shotread, comments from networks other than YouTube, social insights, ads data and web analytics wait for each platform's approval.

Research and creator data

Keyword search volume and difficulty are not built. Creator discovery and audience data wait for a licensed data provider.
