For in-house teams
Get feedback and sign-off from marketing, brand and legal on each video without chasing anyone, make the versions each platform needs, and keep a record of who approved what.
What gets in the way
Feedback from everywhere
Notes come from several people, in email, chat and meetings, and some of them disagree.
Slow sign-off
Approvals take long enough that videos sometimes go out without a proper review.
A version for every platform
Each video needs cuts and sizes for each network, and making them takes longer than the original.
How Shotread handles it
Stakeholders review without an account
Send a review link. People comment on the exact frame or mark a region of it, with no account and no password. Your team's internal notes stay apart, and each link can have a passphrase and an expiry date.
Approval steps, in order or together
Set who approves and in which order, with an optional legal or brand step. A change after approval cancels the approval, so what goes out is what was approved.
Versions for each platform
The browser editor makes the sizes each network needs, adds captions and edits by transcript; the review player shows TikTok, Shorts and Reels safe zones. Edits export to Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve formats for your editors.
Publish the approved version
A publishing queue with scheduling, retries and failure alerts, behind the approval you set.
A record that stays
Every version keeps who uploaded it and when, every decision keeps who made it, and delivered files stay with the project. Files go from your browser straight to storage, never through Shotread's servers. More on the security page.
What waits, and what is not built
Single sign-on
SSO and SCIM provisioning wait for an Auth0 plan with enterprise connections.
Posting to the networks
Posting to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Threads switches on when each platform approves Shotread's app. X posting runs on your own X developer app.
Notes from other channels
Notes sent by WhatsApp or email are still copied into the review by hand.
